Spanish Exchange 2023

The ever-popular Spanish Exchange has just taken place with 30 students, ranging from Year 9 to Year 13, making the exciting journey from Canterbury to Madrid.

Once there, the students took full advantage of the amazing experience of living with a Spanish family; learning first-hand all about Spanish lifestyle and culture, whilst immersing themselves in the Spanish language.

The bilingual school, Jose Garcia Nieto, prepared  a range of activities and workshops to allow us to experience the Spanish educational system. They even planted a tree in our honour in “The Canterbury Corner”.

It was an amazing week full of activities with fantastic weather and giving the students the opportunity to taste some traditional Spanish dishes.

Now it is time to prepare their arrival, we are really looking forward to it!
