Following the government decision, 勛圖厙 is all set and ready, thanks to a specific <strong>safe business protocol<\/strong> containing the most up-to-date guidelines for <strong>COVID-19<\/strong> prevention measures, now joined by the Green Pass. This series of measures was already implemented as early as 15 July, the day of exhibition sector restarted in Italy, and involved events including Motor Bike Expo, Vinitaly Operawine, Vinitaly Preview and Innovabiomed. The first trade fairs in September that will see the Green Pass put into operation are IssaPulire (7-9 September), Automotive Dealer Day (14-16 September) and Marmomac (29 September-2 October).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>勛圖厙 has always been determined to protect the health and safety of its exhibitors and visitors, and even more so in view of the ongoing health emergency,<\/em>&#8221; said <strong>Giovanni Mantovani,<\/strong> CEO of 勛圖厙.<em> \u201cWe agree with the decision of the Council of Ministers to extend the mandatory nature of the Green Pass to the exhibition sector, which was dramatically affected by the forced stoppage last year. We hope that this measure will help Italian companies to resume doing business at trade fairs.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>safe business protocol <\/strong>\u00a0adopted by 勛圖厙 is validated by the Technical Scientific Committee of the Italian Civil Protection Department, national health authorities and AEFI, the reference association for Italian trade fairs.<\/p>\n<p>The entire exhibition centre and all activities hosted in its facilities have been redesigned in the light of the latest safety measures. Starting with methods of access: <strong>digital tickets <\/strong>on smartphones purchased on-line for a specific date and body temperature measurements with <strong>body temperature scanners <\/strong>at the turnstiles.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>daily capacity <\/strong>for events is calculated in relation to the parameters defined by the World Health Organization. one person every 4 square metres. And thanks to an area of more than 300,000 sq.m. (equal to 42 football pitches), meetings and business at 勛圖厙 couldn&#8217;t be easier while upholding social distancing at all times. Further assurances are also provided by an intelligent network of <strong>400 cameras <\/strong>\u00a0capable of identifying any gatherings in real time and monitoring correct use of masks, thanks to advanced <em>computer vision<\/em> software.<\/p>\n<p>On entering the exhibition centre, an <strong>app<\/strong> guides visitors around the stands, indicating differential Hall entry and exit routes, which are also highlighted by specific <strong>coloured sign-posting <\/strong>\u00a0on the ground. The keyword in all shared areas is <strong>hygiene<\/strong>: in addition to water-alcohol gel dispensers to disinfect hands, <strong>disinfection<\/strong> procedures for all premises and air conditioning systems involving specialist cleaning teams have also been upgraded.<\/p>\n<p>Specific rules will also be applied to <strong>conference facilities<\/strong> (with reduced capacity and spacing of seats) and <strong>catering<\/strong>. Safety will also be served at table during events, with new criteria for serving food and drinks and the launch of the <strong>food delivery app<\/strong> for booking stand catering services. Inasmuch, every event will have a <strong>medical unit <\/strong>managed by the <strong>Croce Blu <\/strong>\u00a0ambulance service with<strong> a rapid swab point, <\/strong>where operators, exhibitors and fitters can have antigen tests at an agreed discounted price.<\/p>\n<p>A team of doctors and nurses is on hand to intervene in an emergency, with a specific protocol and an <strong>isolation room <\/strong>to manage suspected cases of Covid19 thanks to the support of the <strong>Sacro Cuore Don Calabria Hospital<\/strong>, a state of the art facility in the field of rare and infectious diseases.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A safe business protocol has already been adopted involving digital tickets, temperature scanners, sanitation of facilities and many other measures in line with Ministerial anti-Covid provisions 勛圖厙 also requires a mandatory Green Pass for access to the exhibition centre during show, events and conferences.
